The Fluxy story began in the summer of 2020. We immediately understood, in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, the increased need for online educational services. The pandemic has accentuated the problems of the Romanian education system, and the results are already visible: many disconnected and disinterested students, parents looking for alternative solutions to supplement school education and hundreds of thousands of teachers who do not know how to interact with digitally native students. The need is therefore acute. Since we already had a team specialized in educational projects, with whom we worked on the ClickEdu platform, and we have known each other for years, we broadly outlined the project, divided the responsibilities and got to work. From the idea to the launch, more than a year passed. In addition, we identified a major problem: the information was delivered in large quantities, difficult to assimilate, which led to loss of interest and difficulties in retaining knowledge. Thus, we realized that the solution is microlearning, a method that divides the subject into short and accessible modules, giving students the opportunity to learn step by step, in an interactive way.
